Our structure is intentionally lean and flexible. We lead with creative direction and strategy, then scale through a trusted network of designers, developers, photographers, writers, and collaborators — depending on what each project truly needs to thrive.

Founded by Giuseppe Mastropietro — whose journey spans from his family’s bar and farm in Southern Italy to leading roles in luxury hotels in London and bar concepts in Seoul — the studio brings together a collective of professionals with diverse creative and cultural backgrounds.
Today, Scarpetta Studio is powered by a multidisciplinary team of strategists, graphic designers, architects, videomakers, photographers, and copywriters. Together, we help brands around the world build strong identities, elevate their communication, and craft meaningful experiences.
